Building blocks for establishing a structured strategy

 

Entry-Level Sustainability Workshop

In the first step, our focus is to raise awareness within your company regarding sustainability and its impact on your business. Additionally, during the one-day workshop, we collaboratively identify relevant sustainability focus areas for you based on the current status within the operation.
   

 
 

Stakeholder Survey

The results from the first module 1 serve as the foundation for involving your key stakeholders. The stakeholders are given the opportunity to prioritise the focus areas and provide crucial insights for the further development of your sustainability strategy.
   

 
 

Workshop on Double Materiality Analysis

Following the stakeholder survey, the focus areas are evaluated and prioritized through a double materiality analysis. This process identifies the strategic sustainability focus areas upon which your sustainability strategy and report will be built.
   

 
 

Sustainability Roadmap Workshops

Building on strategic sustainability focus areas, we collaboratively develop goals with you and assist in creating a long-term action roadmap. This process takes into account the current status quo and feedback from your stakeholders.
